Frequently asked questions
What is Payday Super?+
From 1 July 2026, employers must pay super at the same time as wages rather than quarterly. See our Payday Super guide for what to do.
Do you provide award interpretation?+
We process payroll using the rates and conditions you confirm and flag where something looks inconsistent. For formal award advice, we recommend confirming with the Fair Work Ombudsman or an industrial relations adviser.
Can you take over payroll mid-year?+
Yes. We reconcile year-to-date figures and set up STP so the transition is clean.
Do you handle payroll for NDIS providers?+
Yes. NDIS providers often have large casual rosters. See our NDIS accountant page.
Which software do you use?+
Xero payroll is our preferred platform, and we can work with other STP-enabled systems.
